Terms and Conditions

Below given are the terms and conditions followed by www.canadavisa.ae. These terms and conditions act as a contract between canadavisa.ae and the customers submitting Canada visa application. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customers give us the right to access their information as well as book the right visa package as per their requirements. Hence, it is important for customers to read the terms and conditions very carefully before they opt for our visa services. Anyone continuing to use our website also agrees to accept these terms and conditions.

1. Scope and Procedures

www.canadavisa.ae offers visa services to customers who want to visit Canada on vacation or business. We provide visas to people all over the world, but especially to UAE residents. However, our visa services are not available to the citizens of Qatar and Azerbaijan. We provide Canada visa assistance to people from all walks of life. Our visa experts not only assist customers to select the right Canada visa package but also help them with the entire visa process, right from the preparation of the application to its submission at the Canadian consulate of their respective countries.

While Canadavisa.ae makes it their priority to ensure that the customers receive their visas on time, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee for the same. The Canada visa requirements are different for each country, and the customers have to submit all the documentation as per the requirements, limitations, and restrictions in the contract. However, Canadavisa.ae does not liable for the decision given by the embassy or consulate. The customers or applications have to agree that the Canadavisa.ae does not have any involvement nor does it influence the decision of the Canadian consulate or embassy.

Canadavisa.ae is not responsible in any way if the customer’s visa application is rejected due to the following reasons (but not limited to these):

  • An inaccurate or incomplete visa application
  • If the supporting documents provided are damaged, inaccurate, confusing, or incomplete. This could be things like damaged passports, application forms, photos, etc.
  • Error of information or omission of information
  • Not purchasing airline tickets.

Canadavisa.ae will not be responsible for the losses incurred by the customers due to the reasons stated above. Canadavisa.ae can help customers with booking their flight tickets along with our visa services, on their request. However, customers are advised to book their flight tickets and make their hotel reservations after the approval of their visas, unless specified otherwise. Moreover, clients also have to check out whether they need a transit visa if they have to catch a transit flight while traveling to Canada. The transit visa requirements are different for different countries.

2. Documentation

All customers applying for Canada visas need to ensure that they have all the documents required for the processing of their visas. For instance, their passports should have at least 6 months’ validity from the time they are planning to return from Canada. It is also important to submit all the documents to canadavisa.ae within the time frame to ensure that the visa application is processed quickly. By submitting the documents to us, customers automatically agree that they will receive all the original documents only when the visa issuing authority has completed the entire visa process. The visa interviews of the applicants are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hence, if the customers do not submit the documents on time, the interview or appointment date could be postponed.

Once the visa application procedure is completed, all the original documents like passport, travel insurance, flight confirmation, appointment letter, etc. will be returned to the clients. On receiving these, it is the duty of the customers to send an acknowledgment receipt to us by email. If they fail to send the email on the same day, they will not be eligible for any changes or adjustments. An additional charge will be applied in case of further adjustments after this.

Once customers receive their Canada visas, they have to notify the same to canadavisa.ae via email. This is extremely crucial, as they will allow us to check if there are any major or minor issues or mistakes that need immediate correction. If such communication is not done on the same day, canadavisa.ae will believe that the visa is corrected and accepted. We will not be responsible for any losses caused due to the absence or delay of such a communication.

In case of any changes in travel plans or any further service requirements, customers have to inform us about the chances in advance. We will not be liable for any issues that happened due to the negligence of the applicants.

3. Fee and Payment Mode

Every applicant has to pay a visa service fee along with the visa processing fee of the Canadian visa issuing authority. The payment can be made through credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers. Customers need to pay the visa fee on an immediate basis while applying for the visa. It is important to note that the visa fee and the application requirements may change at any time.

4. Processing Time

The visa processing time provided on canadavisa.ae is only an estimate based on our interaction with consulates and embassies over the years. Canadavisa.ae beings the visa process as soon as we receive the application and documents from our customers. Weekends, i.e. Friday and Saturday as well as public holidays are not part of the processing period, as the immigration office works from Sunday to Thursday. Moreover, the Canadian embassy or consulate may also shut down without providing any prior notice. It is important to remember that canadavisa.ae will not be responsible for delays for any of these reasons.

5. Approval and Rejection of Visas

We at canadavisa.ae are responsible for processing the visa application but not for the visa evaluation process, which is the responsibility of the Canadian embassy or consulate. The decision of accepting or rejecting the visa is the sole authority of the embassy or consulate officials. Canadavisa.ae cannot guarantee anyone’s Canadian visa approval.

6. Policies on Cancellation and Refund

The visa fee customers pay while applying for a Canadian visa is not refundable, even if their visa applications are rejected. If the applicants cancel their visa application before it is sent to the consulate, the processing cost will be refunded. However, canadavisa.ae does not refund banking, administration, or service charges. Hence a partial refund, not more than 50%, will be permitted.

Customers will not receive any compensation if there are changes in policies after their applications reach the consulate or embassy.

In case an applicant wants to cancel his/her visa application, it should be done through the canadavisa.ae account. After logging in, the customer has to simply click on cancel or delete. Credit card payments that are more than a month old will not be refunded. Instead, customers will receive a service credit that can be used to apply for any other visa through canadavisa.ae.

Visa packages and prices on canadavisa.ae are likely to change without prior notice. Hence, clients need to check the packages and terms and conditions on our page from time to time.

7. Use of Intellectual Property

All the information and graphic representations present on the website, including the graphics, images, text, videos, and other aspects of the website are the exclusive property of canadavisa.ae. Hence, we have the right to prevent anyone from accessing the website anytime, without any prior notice.

Customers can use the website to view the content to acquire information. None of the content present on the website can be published, editor, sold, copied, or reposted in any manner. Legal action or penalty will be levied on anyone who uses the name, logo, trademark, and other identifiers of the company without permission.

Canadavisa.ae is not responsible for the links of external websites present on our website. Customers should use these links at their own risk.

8. Applicable Law & Language

The terms and conditions document complies with UAE laws. In case a legal dispute arises between the customer and canadavisa.ae, it will be resolved at the federal courts of the UAE.

All communication regarding visa services should be done in English. Canadavisa.ae cannot be held responsible for mistakes or errors in documents caused by communication in any other language other than English.
